RECURRING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Trail Work: Everyone is welcome to come out on trail work days. We have the tools, we just need the manpower! We'll teach you about sustainable trail construction and maintenance. Usually the Saturday following the Monthly Club meeting, a typical work day is from 9am to noon followed by lunch and refreshing beverages. Be sure to dress for the weather. Wear closed toe shoes and bring plenty of water! Check the Golden Volunteer app and Facebook or Instagram accounts for upcoming trail workdays.
Work Crew Lunches: Don't have the muscle for trail work? A very important need is feeding our hard workers! Supply the work crew with a hearty lunch. BUMP will reimburse your authorized expenses. Contact the Trail Chair to sign up to help with lunches.
Ride Leaders: Leading group rides is all about what works for you! We'd love to add regular rides of all levels, locations, dates and times. Consistency is the key. Let us know and we'll add it to our calendar.
BUMP n GRIND VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Our biggest race held the first weekend in June wouldn't be possible without the wonderful volunteers. An event like this requires A LOT of help. You can help all weekend or half a day. We need volunteers for course set up, registration, course marshals, rider feed stations, racer food, volunteer food, information station, merchandise sales and more. Click here to sign up.
COMMITTEE OPPORTUNITIES
Please let us know if you are interested in serving on one of the BUMP committees. We have Race, Trail, and Membership Committee opportunities. Members will be educated on specific duties and responsibilities.
